Quiet Build Co (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates applications including Museum of Attention. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our applications and services.

Information We Collect

Account Information

When you create an account, we collect your email address and display name. If you sign in with Apple, we receive the identifiers provided by Apple’s authentication service.

Photos & Observations

When you use the identification feature, photos you capture are sent to our AI identification service for species analysis. These images are processed to provide identification results and are stored as part of your journal entries. Photos are stored securely in private storage buckets accessible only to your account.

Journal Data

Your journal entries — including species identifications, dates, and any notes you add — are stored in our database and associated with your account.

Device Information

We may collect basic device information such as device type and operating system version for the purpose of app compatibility and troubleshooting.

Subscription & Payment Information

Museum of Attention offers auto-renewable subscriptions (“Unlimited Access”) through Apple’s In-App Purchase system. All payment processing is handled entirely by Apple — we do not collect, store, or have access to your payment information, including credit card numbers or billing addresses.

We receive subscription status and purchase receipts from Apple and RevenueCat (our subscription management provider) to determine whether your account has access to premium features. This information includes your subscription status, purchase dates, and product identifiers — but never your payment details.

Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate our applications:

• Supabase — for authentication, database storage, and file storage. Your data is stored on Supabase’s infrastructure.
• Google Gemini — for AI-powered species identification. Photos are sent to Google’s API for analysis.
• Apple Sign In — for authentication, if you choose to sign in with your Apple account.
• RevenueCat — for subscription management. RevenueCat processes purchase receipts to manage your subscription status.

Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored securely using Supabase with row-level security policies, meaning only you can access your own journal entries and photos. We use industry-standard security measures to protect your information.

Data Retention & Deletion

Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. You can delete individual journal entries at any time within the app. To delete your account and all associated data, use the account deletion option in your profile settings. Upon account deletion, all your data — including journal entries, photos, and account information — will be permanently removed.

Children’s Privacy

Our services are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected information from a child under 13, please contact us so we can delete it.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the updated policy on this page with a revised date.
