Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using applications published by Quiet Build Co (“we,” “us,” or “our”), including Museum of Attention, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our services.

Use of Services

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your account credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Ensuring that your use of the service complies with applicable laws

Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you create using our services, including photos and journal entries. By using our services, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.

Photos you submit are processed by AI services for species identification. You acknowledge that photos are sent to third-party AI providers (Google Gemini) for this purpose.

Subscriptions & Payments

Museum of Attention offers an “Unlimited Access” auto-renewable subscription that unlocks premium features including unlimited observations, achievements and milestones, and widgets.

Subscription Options

• Monthly — $4.99 per month
• Annual — $29.99 per year ($2.50 per month, approximately 50% savings)

Billing & Renewal

Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same price.

Managing & Cancelling Subscriptions

You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple device by going to Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you will retain access to premium features until then.

Price Changes & Refunds

Prices are in USD and may vary in other countries based on exchange rates. We may change subscription prices from time to time. Price changes will be communicated in advance and will apply to the next billing cycle. Refund requests are handled by Apple in accordance with their refund policies.

AI Identification

Species identifications provided by our AI features are for informational and educational purposes only. While we strive for accuracy, AI identifications may be incorrect. You should not rely on AI identifications for safety-critical decisions, including determining whether a species is edible, venomous, or otherwise dangerous.

Prohibited Uses

You may not:

• Use our services to violate any applicable law or regulation
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users’ accounts
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of our services
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of our applications
• Use our services to harass, abuse, or harm others
• Upload content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes on others’ rights

Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time through the app’s profile settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Disclaimers

Our services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Quiet Build Co shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the updated terms on this page with a revised date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
